Introducing Custom Attributes
We understand that managing a real estate portfolio can be challenging, especially when it comes to keeping track of operational data related to your building digital twins. To help solve this, we developed a new feature that enables you to attach custom attributes to any element in an Archilogic model.
With this feature, you can easily create and manage real estate data that drives your business forward. For example, you can use custom attributes to:
- keep track of operation costs by adding rent or electricity costs for each asset, space, or floor
- manage occupancy with the ability to assign employees or departments to specific assets, spaces, or floors
- keep track of each asset’s unique SKU numbers so you can easily order replacement parts in the future
- control which desks and spaces are reservable for seamless integration with your room booking application
